When Angular pre-loading is worth the tradeoff

Pre-loading Angular modules can save time when an app has multiple expensive modules, but the benefit may be negligible when there are only a few.
In “Network Aware Predictive Pre-Loading,” I look at the tradeoff: lazy loading helps the initial load, while pre-loading can save time afterward. Using the Network Information API to account for connection speed adds another factor to that decision. For frontend performance work, the useful question is whether pre-loading fits the app’s modules and the user’s network—not whether it can be enabled.
