ProfileScribe helps professionals connect approved business profiles, websites, and social publishing accounts so their agent can draft or publish source-backed professional updates.

ProfileScribe requests write permissions only when the user explicitly connects an account and chooses a publishing mode.

ProfileScribe uses Google Business Profile access to list accounts and locations the user manages, let the user choose the correct location, and publish local posts or photos on the user's behalf.

ProfileScribe does not sell Google user data or use Google Business access for advertising, profiling, or unrelated analytics.

When enabled, ProfileScribe uses Facebook Page and Instagram Business permissions to list managed pages, identify linked Instagram Business accounts, and publish user-authorized professional updates or media.

Meta credentials are stored encrypted, can be disconnected by the user, and are used only for the selected publishing accounts.
