A review queue as the default, not an afterthought

ProfileScribe is built around a source graph of professional links, repositories, launches, and writing, feeding a review queue for profile changes and post drafts. Nothing lands on a public profile without passing through that queue first.
The reasoning is simple: professional profiles carry real credibility, so an agent-managed one should default to caution. A review step doesn't make the system slower in any way that matters, but it does make it harder for an unverified claim to slip through. That tradeoff, visibility for scrutiny, is the core bet behind how ProfileScribe is structured.
