Keeping fact extraction separate from what gets said publicly

The crawler agent prototype fetches approved public links and pulls out timestamped facts, but it stops there. Turning a raw fact into a public claim is a separate step, done deliberately rather than automatically. That separation matters more than it sounds: it means the system can normalize messy source material into structured evidence first, and only later decide what is solid enough to state about someone's work. Building the boundary in early is easier than adding it after the fact.
