Structuring the Ethos Business Plan as a readable book in the Ethosism Library

Abstracts

The Ethos Business Plan now reads as a structured entry in the Ethosism Library, laid out as a book rather than a static pitch document. It frames Ethos as secular life-formation infrastructure, and organizes the material into ordered entries starting with "01. The Business of Formation."

What interests me is the format choice. Instead of treating a business plan and investor pitch deck as a one-off file, it's structured with chapters and ordered entries you can actually read through, sitting alongside the other books in the library under a shared framework. Turning strategy into something browsable and revisitable is a different discipline than writing a deck once and moving on. It keeps the reasoning inspectable over time.
