Turning founders’ ideas into executable tasks stopped being enough once agents could execute the tasks themselves.
In “Razroo: A Founder Postmortem in the Age of Autonomous AI,” I look at where Razroo’s premise held up and where it didn’t. The need to move from idea to execution was real, but the system assumed a person would coordinate the handoff. Autonomous agents made that middle layer less necessary.
For builders, the question is not just which tasks AI can automate. It’s whether the layer you’re building still has a role when AI can coordinate the work directly.
