Most of the interesting work in agent product design isn't the model call, it's what happens around it: what evidence an agent is allowed to see, what it's allowed to assert, and where a person has to sign off. ProfileScribe and its crawler prototype both put that structure first, treating a source graph and a review queue as first-class parts of the product, not safety nets bolted on afterward.
Designing that boundary well is what makes an agent trustworthy enough to speak on someone's behalf.
