Distributing execution and coordination in Skyclaw

Skyclaw separates the nodes that run work from the cluster that tracks it. Independent nodes can join to execute jobs and deploy services; a coordinator cluster tracks hosts, jobs, and services, while its state is replicated.
My article “OpenClaw is powerful, but most setups still depend on a single machine.” describes that split, including host daemons for executing work and service runtimes for running APIs. The distinction matters when assessing a single-server bottleneck: distributing execution and replicating coordination state address different parts of the dependency.
