It fetches approved public links, extracts timestamped facts, and normalizes them before anything reaches professional memory. That boundary matters. A profile system that blurs the line between what a source actually says and what it asserts on your behalf will eventually publish something you can't stand behind. Keeping extraction quiet and downstream lets the review step stay honest about what the evidence supports.
