Turning scattered work into durable knowledge

Most professionals leave a trail across repositories, links, and writing, but that trail rarely turns into a coherent record of what they've done. The focus of my current work is closing that gap: building practical AI systems that turn scattered professional work into durable, reviewable knowledge.
Durable and reviewable are the operative words. It isn't enough to summarize activity; the summary has to hold up to inspection and stay tied to real sources. That constraint is what makes the problem worth working on rather than just another content generator.
